Pregnancy Services
We provide free pregnancy testing. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged. We are able to verify pregnancy via ultrasound if medically indicated and scheduled by appointment.

Transitional Pre-Natal Care
We offer pre-natal care until your first OB appointment. This includes a physical exam, optional bloodwork, education by our Medical Doctor or Certified Nurse Midwife, and assistance with insurance and resources.
STI/STD Screening for Men and Women
- HIV Testing – $8 (finger-stick)
- Chlamydia & Gonorrhea Testing – $20 (Most qualify for no cost)
- Treatment for Chlamydia & Gonorrhea* – Free
- Syphilis Testing* – $11 (most qualify for free)
- Hepatitis A Testing* – $11 Lab Fee
- Hepatitis B Testing* – $11 Lab Fee
- Hepatitis C Testing*– $11 Lab Fee

The Medical Clinic at the CCC operates under the direction and licensure of our Medical Director, Dr. Dustin Ellis. The Medical Clinic is licensed by the State of Indiana with a certificate of PPM (Provider-Performed Microscopy Procedures), and is a full-service STD clinic in partnership with the Indiana Department of Health STD Prevention Program.
